Steroids and GH enhancements must be relatively cheap, plentiful & legally obtained at pharmacies, flea markets etc. in the Muslim mid-eastern countries...what with unemployment easily in the double digits throughout the region, these guys have nothing else to do but eat, sleep, pump iron @ the hundreds of gyms & inject growth supplements...how they get financing for their bodybuilding undertaking is anybody's guess (ie. sexual favors or otherwise) & is probably best left for separate discussion in another e-mail...
